On September 3, 2024, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions, and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), was invited as a panelist at the 2024 Sydney Dialogue. The panel discussion titled “Continental Drift: Enabling Tech and Talent Transfer Between the Euro-Atlantic and Indo-Pacific,’’ focused on opportunities for the public/private stakeholder models for tech transfer. Dr. SOK shared his insights, emphasizing the importance of managing risks associated with technology transfer, and the potential for developing cyber talent and workforce mobility.
