On Monday, February 10, 2025, H.E. Prof. Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs), Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), and a full-fledged member of the Royal Academy of Cambodia (RAC), was invited as a distinguished speaker to deliver a lecture on “President Donald Trump’s Second Administration and their Impacts on Cambodia.” The lecture was organized by the RAC and facilitated by Dr. IAB Bunna, Director of the Institute of Science and Technology, with the participation of professors, lecturers, student researchers, and RAC officials
