On November 8, 2024, H.E. Prof Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), participated in laying wreaths at the Independence Monument, led by H.E. VONGSEY Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers, for the 71st Anniversary of the Independence Day and the Founding of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF), at the area of the Independent Monument.
