On February 11, 2025, H.E. Prof. Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs) and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), received a courtesy call from a delegation of Foster + Partners, led by Senior Partner Nikolai Malsch. The meeting focused on the newly developed Techo International Airport, a flagship project designed by the firm, which aims to serve as Cambodia’s major aviation hub and boost the country’s economic growth.
