On February 20, 2025, a special capacity building session was conducted to enhance the professional development of the TPAB Secretariat. Trained by H.E. Dr. Mey Kalyan, Senior Advisor to the Supreme National Economic Council (SNEC) and Honorary Member of the TPAB Expert Group, the session featured an insightful discussion on “Strengthening Ethics and Morality Based on Buddhism.” The session was moderated by H.E. Norn Samnangseymony, Permanent Member and Chief of the TPAB Secretariat, with the participation of the officials of the Secretariat and the Cabinet of the Senior Minister.
