On March 20, 2025, the TPAB Secretariat organized a special capacity building session to enhance the professional development of the officials of the Secretariat and the Cabinet of the Senior Minister. Led by H.E. Dr. Mey Kalyan, Senior Advisor to the Supreme National Economic Council (SNEC) and Honorary Member of the TPAB Expert Group, the training focused on “Strengthening Ethics and Morality Based on Buddhism.” The session was moderated by H.E. Norn Samnangseymony, Permanent Member and Chief of the TPAB Secretariat.
