On March, 22 2025, H.E. Prof. Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions​, and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), was invited to deliver an opening remarks at the the Gala Dinner of the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation (MLC) Week 2025.

In his address, Dr. SOK underscored the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation (MLC) Framework’s role in fostering regional integration, economic growth, and connectivity. Marking its 9th anniversary, he emphasized Cambodia’s commitment to openness, inclusivity, and collaboration, stressing the need deeper engagement to unlock the sub-region’s full potential.
