On Monday, April 07, 2025, H.E. Prof. Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), chaired a TPAB Extraordinary Session on Cambodia’s responses to the newly imposed reciprocal tariffs by the U.S. The Session was attended by inter-ministerial representatives, members of the TPAB Strategic Taskforce and the Secretariat, along with other representatives including from TAFTAC, and private sector, as well as AmCham’s high-level delegation, to exchange perspectives on trade impacts and explore short and medium-term suitable solutions to safeguard Cambodia’s economic interests and maintain strong US-Cambodia trade relations
