Bilateral Meeting with the Guangzhou Institute of Greater Bay Area (GIG)

On June 26, 2025, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs) and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), held a bilateral meeting with the Guangzhou Institute of Greater Bay Area (GIG), led by Dr. HE Dongni, Executive Director of the GIG. The meeting held to discuss a potential collaboration under the framework of Mekong-Lancang Region to launch a joint research initiative focused on promoting regional economic integration and empowering SMEs to benefit from RCEP.
