On Thursday, 19 June 2025, presided over by H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs), the Secretariat of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC), hosted an online capacity training programme with Cambodia’s diplomatic corps abroad including Ambassadors, Permanent Representatives, Consulate-Generals, Consulates. The training programme was facilitated by H.E. TY Nitor, Under-Secretary of State of the MFAIC.
The Programme aims to strengthen the capacity of Cambodian diplomats overseas in identifying key export products and priority investment sectors. To support this objective, the TPAB Secretariat, represented by Mr. CHHAI Bunsonareach, Deputy Chief of the TPAB Secretariat, and Mr. PHORN Vicheka, Senior Official of TPAB Secretariat, presented two practical trade tools, including TINA and ITC MacMap, designed to assist embassies in product selection and market targeting.
