On July 29, 2025, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), accompanied Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to pay condolences to the late Lieutenant General DUONG Samnieng, Commander of Intervention Brigade No. 7, who courageously gave his life in the line of duty while defending the motherland from Thailand’s invasion, at the frontline base near Ta Moan Thom Temple in Oddar Meanchey Province.
