On August 01, 2025, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana and LCT. Mrs. KHIEU Mealy, along with fellow philanthropists, with close coordination with relevants authorities, delivered a second round of humanitarian aid and essential supplies to Preah Vihear Province to support the displaced families and frontier troops. This followed an earlier delivery of initial aid and supplies to support displaced civilians on July 27, 2025. Total donations for over 250 displaced families includes (1) 5 tons of rice (20 kilograms per family); (2) 250 donation packages containing mosquito nets, blankets, medicines, vitamins, herbal balms, sarongs, dried fish, fermented fish paste, salt, and feminine hygiene products; (3) 250 packages of snacks for children and cashew nuts; (4) 250 cases of water; and (5) 250 cases of instant noodles. All displaced families also received additional assistance of 80,000 riels per family (totaling 20 million riel in cash). For our frontier soldiers, the aid includes (1) 2.5 tons of rice; (2) 380 bottles of vitamin supplements; (3) 250 cases of water (1.5-liter bottles); (4) 100 cases of Fanta and Sprite; (5) five cases of fresh bananas; (6) two cases of cashew nuts; (7) essential medicines; (8) one case of dried fish; (9) 68 sets of tents; and (10) fans. Taking this opportunity, Dr. SOK and the delegation also visited some of injured soldiers at the medical facilities in Siem Reap province.
