On August 13, 2025, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs), First Vice-Chairman of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), and High Representative of H.E. VONGSEY Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers, presided over and delivered the Opening Remarks at the training course on “Guidelines on the Procedures for Drafting Laws and Other Legal Instruments”, organized by the Council of Jurists (CoJ).

The Course was attended by H.E. LY Chantola, Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General of the LRC, along with other CoJ officials. It also featured presentations by H.E. Dr. SEA Mao, Secretary of State, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Council of Jurists, and H.E. UTH Sinath, Undersecretary of State, Member and Deputy Secretary-General of the Council of Jurists.
