On 26 September 2025, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. Sok Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs), Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), and Chairman of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CP-TPP) Study Working Group, held a working session with Mr. TAMURA Hideyasu, Deputy Director-General for Trade Policy of the Trade Policy Bureau of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).

The discussion focused on the practical implementation of bilateral and regional trade agreements to enhance market access opportunities, particularly leveraging Japan’s membership in the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and the CP-TPP.
