On 21 October 2025, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs) and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Dr. Arnoldo André Tinoco, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Republic of Costa Rica.

The meeting focused on the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CP-TPP), as well as Costa Rica’s ongoing accession process. Both parties recognized the value of the CP-TPP as a platform for fostering economic growth.
