On 30 October 2025, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs), Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), and Chairman of the Cambodian Organizing Committee for the 2025 World Green & Sustainability Summit (WGSS 2025), attended the plenary session one on “Advancing Sustainability, Accelerating Climate Action: Solutions for the Planet”, which was moderated by Tan Sri Dr. Munir Majid, President, ASEAN Business Club/ Chairman, International Advisory Board, KSI Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific.
The first plenary session was attended by distinguished panelist including: Prof. Simon Ho, President, The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong; Mr. Andrew Khoo, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, The MUI Group; Dr. Catherine Chan, Found & CEO of Urban Village and Factory Goldfame Group; Mr. Albert Oung, President World Green Organization/ Co-Chairman, ASEAN Economic Club; Mr. Alex Wang, Managing Director, Global Committee on Social Business for Sustainable Development Goals; and Mr. Rath Sophoan, Chairman of Association of Banks in Cambodia (ABC) and CEO & Country Head of Maybank Cambodia.
