On February 11, 2026, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs), and Chairman Emeritus of the Asian Vision Institute (AVI), presided over and delivered the Opening Remarks at the Official Launch of the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Special Fund Project on “Promoting Regional Economic Integration and Empowering SMEs to benefit from RCEP in the Mekong-Lancang Region.”
The session was attended by H.E. SUOS Yara, Chairman of the Commission on Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, Media and Information of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, who delivered Congratulatory Remarks; H.E. KHAN Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, who delivered keynote remarks; and Mr. CHEN Cong, Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Cambodia, who delivered Special Remarks. The event also welcomed key representatives from the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation (MISTI), the General Department of Customs and Excise (GDCE), and the private sector.
