On February 9, 2026, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs) and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), was invited to deliver a lecture on “The Cambodia-U.S. Agreement on Reciprocal Trade”, organized by the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS).
The session was attended by H.E. LOU Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of the PAS, along with representatives from the Preah Sihanoukville Provincial Administration, the Customs and Excise Branch at the Preah Sihanouk International Port, and the Immigration Police of the Preah Sihanouk Port Gate Administration. The meeting was also joined by directors, deputy directors, bureau chiefs, and officials from all departments of the PAS.
