On 20 January 2026, at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2026 in Davos, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. Sok Siphana, Senior Minister in Charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs) and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), participated alongside regional and global leaders in a high-level strategy session on “New Pathways for ASEAN Growth and Productivity.” The session brought together ministers, senior government officials, and business leaders to discuss how ASEAN can enhance its competitiveness and productivity amid global disruptions.

The discussion also exchanged views on strengthening regional cooperation in key areas, including the energy transition, digital innovation, industrial transformation, and policy coordination, with a view to enhancing economic resilience, attracting investment, and promoting sustainable and inclusive growth in the ASEAN region.
