Working Session with Dr. Deborah ELMS, Head of Trade Policy at the Hinrich Foundation

On 13 January 2026, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs), Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), and Chairman of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CP-TPP) Study Working Group, held a working session with Dr. Deborah ELMS, Head of Trade Policy at the Hinrich Foundation, Singapore.

This discussion focused on an overview of the CP-TPP agreement, the direction of Cambodia’s trade policy in preparation for its graduation from Least Developed Country (LDC) status, and Cambodia’s aspiration to join the agreement.
