On August 20, 2026, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs) and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), was invited to deliver a lecture on “Global Trends Affecting the Cambodian Economy”, organized by the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB).
The session was attended by H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as the Chief Executive Officer of the ARDB, along with H.E. Dr. UN Kheang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Chairman of the Board of the Akkak Pundit Sapheachar Aun Pornmoniroth (APM) Center for Policy Studies and Training.
Furthermore, the session was joined by ARDB’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Senior Advisors, Technical Advisor, Directors, Deputy Directors, and officials from all departments of the ARDB. The lecture further included members of the APM Center for Policy Studies and Training, alongside academia, researchers from various educational institutions, and think tanks.
