On 22 December 2025, H.E. NORN Samnangseymony, Head of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB) Secretariat, Chief of Cabinet to the Senior Minister, and High Representative of H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions and Chairman of TPAB, along with the members of the cabinet and TPAB secretariat officials, visited and delivered humanitarian packages to Koh Kong province to support more than 260 displaced families who were evacuated to safety zones due to the escalating Cambodia–Thailand border conflict.
The humanitarian packages for refugee families comprised of the following essential supplies: (1) 2 tons of rice, (2) 100 cases of instant noodles, (3) 200 cases of bottled water, (4) 300 packages of medical supply kit, (5) 300 boxes of salted radish (Chhai Pov), (6) 10 cases of women’s sanitary products, (7) 10 cases of snacks for children, (8) 250 items of toys (teddy bears and dolls), and (9) clothing donations, along with separate budget contribution.
This humanitarian aid was organized for the 3rd time in response to urgent needs, as well as to demonstrate the Royal Government’s commitment to protecting the well-being of citizens affected by the ongoing border tensions.
