On 02 March 2026, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions, Vice-Chairman of the National Committee and Chairman of the 1st Sub-Committee on Substance and Documentation of the National Committee for Organizing the 20th Francophonie Summit, accompanied H.E. PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Chairman of the National Committee for Organizing the 20th Francophonie Summit in a courtesy call from H.E. Mrs. Louise MUSHIKIWABO, Secretary General of the International Organisation of la Francophonie (OIF), at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
The meeting focused on the continued efforts and close collaboration between Cambodia and the OIF to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of the 20th Francophonie Summit, which is scheduled to be held in Phnom Penh on 15–16 November 2026.
