On 5 March 2026, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs), and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), received the delegation of the EU-ASEAN Business Council (EU-ABC), led by Mr. Gustaaf Reerink, Executive Board Member of the EuroCham Indonesia, Foreign Counsel at the ABNR Counsellors at Law, and Head of the EU-ABC Delegation, at the Office of Prime Minister (Peace Palace). The meeting was also attended by Dr. Riccardo CORRADO, EuroCham Board Member, representatives from ASPIWA, FrieslandCampina, Adidas, JT Internaional, Vriens & Partners, HEINEKEN, Danone, Pernod Ricard, Prudential, and DHL Express.
The meeting focused on several topics related to trade policy priorities with the EU, including facilitating export growth to EU markets, sustaining market access following LDC graduation, diversifying and strengthening Cambodia–EU trade, and enhancing domestic productive capacity and compliance.
