SIM Sokheng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, and H.E. NUT Unvoanra, Deputy Secretary-General of Cambodian Investment Board/ Council for the Development of Cambodia, received a courtesy call from H.E. Matt Western MP, UK Trade Envoy.
