On August 27, 2026, the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), in collaboration with the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), co-organized a Special Lecture on “The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC): Essence and Relevance”, delivered by Dr. Virak Prum, Chairman of the Board of CamED Business School.
The Special Lecture was presided over by H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions, Chairman of the TPAB, and First Vice-Chairman of the LRC. The session was also attended by H.E. NORN Samnangseymony, Head of the TPAB Secretariat and Chief of the Cabinet of the Senior Ministers, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, TPAB secretariat officials, legal experts as well as officials of the General Secretariat of the LRC.
