On May 23, 2025, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions, and Chairman of the Trade tPolicy Advisory Board (TPAB), held a bilateral meeting with Ms. Petia Topalova, Chief of the Development Macroeconomics Division at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), along with Mr. Ashique Habib, economist at the IMF. The meeting focused on global economic trends, and explored the potential of how the IMF could support Cambodia’s economic planning and trade strategy.
