On June 23, 2025, the 1st Sub-Committee on Substance and Documentation, represented by H.E. Mr. NORN Samnangseymony, Chief the Cabinet of Senior Minister, held a Consultative Meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC) with H.E. Mr. SUN Sovanna, Secretary of State of MFAIC and Deputy Head of the Secretariat for the National Committee for the Organising of the 20th Francophonie Summit 2026.

The Meeting discussed the progress and ways forward for the preparation of the Francophonie Summit in 2026, which Cambodia will be the host.
