On 30 October 2025, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs), Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), and Chairman of the Cambodian Organizing Committee for the 2025 World Green & Sustainability Summit (WGSS 2025), attended the plenary session three on “Achieving Net Zero: Managing the Energy Transition”, which was moderated by Dato’ Seri Dr. Vaseehar Hassan Abdul Razack, Executive Vice Chairman, KSI Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific/ Director, Bank Rakyat Malaysia.
