On November 19, 2025, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions, Vice-Chairman of the National Committee and Chairman of the 1st Sub-Committee on Substance and Documentation of the National Committee for Organizing the 20th Francophonie Summit, accompanied H.E. PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Chairman of the National Committee for Organizing the 20th Francophonie Summit, at the plenary session of the 46th Ministerial Conference of La Francophonie, held from 19-20 November 2025 in Kigali, Rwanda.
During the occasion, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister delivered intervention on the follow-up commitment undertaken at the 19th Summit of Francophonie, 30 years after the Beijing Conference: Women’s Contribution in the Francophone countries as well as Multilateralism cooperation, administrative and financial issues.
