H.E. CHAN Sopheap
Under-Secretary of State of MEF and Member TPAB
Sopheap holds three Master’s Degrees, including a Master’s in Public Administration and a Certificate in the High-Level Public Servant Program from the École Nationale d’Administration in Strasbourg, France, a Specialized Master’s Degree in International Project Management from France, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand. He also holds two Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration and Law from the National University of Management.
He currently serves as the Under-Secretary of State for the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and is a member of the Supreme National Economic Council (SNEC). Before his current role, Sopheap was the Deputy Director-General of the General Department of Policy at MEF, contributing to the formulation and implementation of economic and financial policies.
