BIOGRAPHY
H.E. Dr. CHHENG Kimlong
President of AVI and Member of TPAB
Dr. Kimlong holds a PhD in Economics from the Australian National University, a Master’s Degree in Economics from Kobe University, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Preston University.
Currently, he serves as the President of the Asian Vision Institute (AVI). With over 12 years of practical experience in quantitative and qualitative research and consultancy, Dr. Kimlong has collaborated with local research think tanks and international development agencies.
His research expertise spans a broad range of critical areas within the Cambodian economy, including agriculture, trade, investment, the financial sector, garment and footwear industries, oil and gas sectors, and the real estate market.
