BIOGRAPHY
H.E. Dr. KY Sereyvath
Director of the Institute for Chinese Studies of RAC and Member of TPAB
Dr. Sereyvath holds a PhD in Economics from Changwon University in the Republic of South Korea and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Royal Academy of Cambodia (RAC). He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
He currently serves as a Member of the Economic, Social, and Cultural Council (ECOSOCC) at the Office of the Council of Ministers (OCM) and as the Director of the Institute of Chinese Studies at RAC.
Before his current roles, Dr. Sereyvath was the Deputy Director of the Institute of Humanity and Social Science at RAC, contributing to academic leadership and the promotion of humanities and social science research in Cambodia..
