BIOGRAPHY

H.E. Dr. SOENG Reth
Member of SNEC and Member of TPAB

Dr. Reth holds a Post-Doctoral Degree in Economics from the Flemish Center for Foreign Policy, Belgium, and a Philosophical Degree in Economics from Antwerp University, Belgium.

He currently serves as a Member of the Supreme National Economic Council (SNEC), the Under-Secretary of State at the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), and the Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Economic and Financial Policy. Additionally, he is the Personal Advisor to the Prime Minister with the rank of Secretary of State.

Prior to his current roles, Dr. Reth served as an Advisor to the Former Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen and as an Advisor to SNEC, contributing to high-level economic policy and strategic advisory initiatives.
