BIOGRAPHY

H.E. SUY Dimanche
Secretary of State of MME and Member of TPAB

Dimanche holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. He currently serves as the Secretary of State for the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME).

Before his current role, Dimanche served as the General Director of the General Department of General Affairs at MME from 2013 to 2023. Prior to that, he was the Director of the Department of Small and Medium Enterprises at the Ministry of Industry from 2012 to 2013, where he contributed to the development and support of SMEs in Cambodia.
