On February 12, 2025, H.E. Prof. Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs), Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), and Chairman of the Committee on the Promotion of Resolutions of Private Sector Issues (CRI) received a courtesy call from the delegation of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), led by Mr. SAN Kiri, President of the NCAC. The meeting discussed on strengthening Cambodia’s dispute resolution mechanisms and promoting commercial arbitration as a tool for enhancing the country’s business environment.
