On Thursday, March 27, 2025, H.E. Prof. Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs) and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), led the 13th Plenary Session of the TPAB. The session was participated by a high-level delegation from the ADB Headquarters in the Philippines, including Mr. SION Morton, Dr. JULIAN Clarke, and Mr. FABIO Artuso, as well as Mr. SVEN Callebaut. The Plenary session focused on formulating trade policy in the context of sustainable development, addressing both the challenges and emerging opportunities for Cambodia.
