Mr. SIVIN Khunmunie
Member of the Secretariat of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB) with the rank of Director
Mr. SIVIN Khunmunie currently serves as a Member of the Secretariat of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB) with the rank of Director. As of January 2025, he officially commenced his role as part of the policy research team — delivering analytical support and insight; the protocol team—maintaining state procedures and traditions; and the media team—promoting and presenting the impactful work, supporting H.E. Prof. Dr. SOK Siphana in his advisory role to the Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia.
In 2025, Mr. Munie is part of the National Committee for Organizing the 20th Francophonie Summit, to be chaired by Cambodia in 2026. Previously, He has contributed to the planning and execution of key international and economic forums, including the Global Chinese Economic and Technology Summit (GCET), 2025 Mekong-Lancang Cooperation (MLC) Event, the Joint Symposium on the Cambodian Economy, co-hosted by ESC, JICA, and NBC; and the JCM Information Seminar on financing opportunities from the Japanese Government for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in Cambodia, to help deliver a successful and informative event.
In 2025, Mr. Munie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Marketing) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT). In the mid-2024, he volunteered for the ASEAN-Australia Summit 2024, as a member of the Management team, for the Summit to operate swiftly, gaining transformative experience in areas such as diplomacy, international relations and management, which ultimately influence the trajectory in his career.
Mr. Munie’s area of interest encompasses trade and economic development, international cooperation, and public-private sector engagement. These areas reflect a commitment to advancing policies that support sustainable growth and cross-culture cooperation. Based on his education background, Mr. Munie has a strong interest in consumer behavior, branding, engagement, and community development; particularly through sports as it inspires personal development, inclusivity and cooperation. Outside his professional role, he is an active individual, pursuing physical fitness as a form of therapy.
