On April 7–8, 2025, H.E. Prof. Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs) and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), delivered a training course on “Diplomatic Negotiation and Lobbying” at the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR), Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC). The course aimed to strengthen effective diplomatic negotiation skills and enhance Cambodia’s engagement on international stage, and was attended by 46 officials from the MFAIC, as well as other relevant ministries and institutions.
