On 20 November 2025, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. NORN Samnangseymony, Head of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB) Secretariat, and Chief of Cabinet of Senior Minister, together with the officials of the TPAB Secretariat, convened a meeting with Dr. Chea Samnang, Deputy Director of the Department of International Customs Cooperation of the GDCE.
