On February 19, 2026, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions, Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), and First Vice-Chair of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), presided over a preparatory meeting to review the concept note for a consultation workshop on the drafting of a Commercial Code for Cambodia. The meeting aimed to ensure comprehensive preparations for the workshop, including the collection of relevant inputs and research to facilitate constructive discussion on the draft.
The meeting was attended by H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers (OCM) and Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the LRC; H.E. NORN Samnangseymony, Permanent Member, Head of the TPAB Secretariat, and Chief of Cabinet to the Senior Minister; as well as the Deputy Chairman, Deputy Secretary-General, LRC legal specialists, and other relevant technical officials.
