Prof. Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions, Vice-Chairman of the National Committee, and Chairman of the 1st Sub-Committee on Substance and Documentation of the National Committee for Organising the 20th Francophonie Summit 2026, chaired the 4th meeting of the 1st Sub-Committee at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC).
