On 9 January 2026, H.E. Prof. Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions, Vice-Chairman of the National Committee, and Chairman of the 1st Sub-Committee on Substance and Documentation of the National Committee for Organising the 20th Francophonie Summit 2026, chaired the 4th meeting of the 1st Sub-Committee at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC). The meeting was convened to assess the progress of the 1st sub-committee, review the required preparatory documents, and establish a clear direction to ensure thorough readiness for the 20th Francophonie Summit this year.
