On August 18, 2026, H.E. Bundit Sapheacha Prof. Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions and Special Envoy of the Prime Minister to the United Nations and Other States, and LCT. KHIEU Mealy, visited and delivered humanitarian relief packages to Displaced Families in Phum Rong Cham.
During the visit, His Excellency Senior Minister and Lok Chumteav engaged directly with the local residents and distributed humanitarian packages comprised of the following essential supplies: (1) 100 laundry baskets; (2) 100 packs of mosquito coils (large); (3) 100 packs of laundry detergent; (4) 100 bottles of body wash; (5) Condiments/Groceries: 100 bags of white sugar, 100 bottles of cooking oil, 100 packs of MSG; and (6) 100 cases of bottled water.
