On June 2, 2026, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions, Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), and First Vice-Chairman of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), held a working session with the General Secretariat of the LRC, to review the concept note for a consultation workshop on the drafting of a Commercial Code for Cambodia. The meeting aimed to ensure readiness for the workshop, including the collection of relevant inputs and research to facilitate constructive discussion on the draft.
The meeting was attended by H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers (OCM), Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General of the LRC; H.E. NORN Samnangseymony, Permanent Member, Head of the TPAB Secretariat, and Chief of Cabinet to the Senior Minister; as well as the Deputy Chairman, Deputy Secretary-General, LRC legal specialists, and other relevant technical officials.
