On 30 October 2025, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs), Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), and Chairman of the Cambodian Organizing Committee for the 2025 World Green & Sustainability Summit (WGSS 2025), attended the plenary session two on “Enhancing Circularity and ESGs: Challenges and Opportunities in the Circular Economy”, which was moderated by Datuk Seri Mohamed Iqbal Rawther, Deputy Chairman, KSI Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific.

The second plenary session was attended by distinguished panelist including: H.E.
