On 19 November 2025, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. NORN Samnangseymony, Head of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB) Secretariat, and Chief of Cabinet of Senior Minister, together with the officials of the TPAB Secretariat, attended a working session with H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers (OCM), Vice Chairman, and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), accompanied by legal experts of the LRC General Secretariat.

The meeting focused on two key areas: (1) preparations for side event of the 20th Francophonie Summit, which Cambodia will be the host, and (2) preparations for the Seminar on the Commercial Code.
