Mrs. Hang Molisanin
DD of the MEF and Member of the Strategic Task Force of the TPAB
With regard to her educational background, Mrs. Hang Molisanin received her BA in English from the Institution of Foreign Languages (IFL) in 2012 and obtained a Master of Development Policy from KDI School of Public Policy and Management, Seoul, South Korea, in 2014.
She joined the Ministry of Economy and Finance in 2015 and also became a member of the Supreme National Economy Council in 2019. During her working period, she has been involved in many economic integration-related works, including (1) ASEAN and ASEAN+ Free Trade Agreement Negotiation, including ATISA, RCEP, the Upgrade of AANZFTA, ASEAN-Canada FTA, etc., (2) Secretariat of the National Committee for Non-tariff Measures and National Trade Repository, (3) Sub-regional cooperation such as GMS, ACMECS, Mekong-Lancang and other Mekong related initiatives, (4) Team lead Cambodia’s Chairmanship of ASEAN Finance Ministers’ Meeting and related meetings in 2022, (5) other ad-hoc works including, speeches, interventions, and policies drafting and review.
