BIOGRAPHY

Dr. SE Sokhor
Deputy Director General of GDCE and Member of TPAB

Dr. Sokhorn holds a Doctoral Degree in Business Management, a Master’s Degree in Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, all from Preston University.

He currently serves as the Deputy Director General of the General Department of Customs and Excise (GDCE). Prior to his current role, Dr. Sokhorn was the Director of the Department of Excise from 2017 until 2020, where he played a key role in overseeing excise policies and regulatory frameworks.
