BIOGRAPHY
H.E. PRAK David
Secretary of State of MAFF and Member of TPAB
David holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Pantheon-Sorbonne, France, and a Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Public International Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics and the University of Lumiere Lyon II, France. He currently serves as the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries (MAFF).
Before his appointment to MAFF, David served as the Under-Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC) from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, he was a Member of the Prime Minister’s Cabinet from 2012 to 2021, contributing to high-level policy advisory and governmental initiatives
