On 18 August 2026, H.E. Bundit Sapheacha Prof. Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions and Special Envoy of the Prime Minister to the United Nations and Other States, led an official mission with the Office of the Special Envoy, to convene a special briefing session at the Headquarters of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT).
During the working session, Commodore Glenn Z. Dizon, Head of Mission of the AOT, along with representatives from the Cambodian Liaison Group (CLG), briefed Dr. SOK on the progress, core mandates, and ongoing peace-monitoring operational activities of the AOT mission.
